Once you meet with the agent we have selected for you and decide to retain the services of that agent, you will have to sign a listing agreement if you are selling or a buyer agency agreement if you are buying.

If, for whatever reason, you decide not to retain the services of the agent we have selected for you, you can simply e-mail us and ask us to refer you to another agent.

We will refer you to Certified Residential Specialist whenever possible to increase the likelihood that your agent is competent and experienced. However, we make no representations as the competence of any broker or agent we refer you to. It is strictly up to you to conduct due diligence and evaluate any broker before entering into a contractual agreement with him or her.

You are under no obligation to use the services of any broker to whom we refer you. Avviva, Inc.'s services are strictly limited to referring you to a broker in your area. By asking us to refer you to a broker, you expressly waive the right to make any claim whatsoever against Avviva, Inc. regarding any aspect of your real estate transaction.

In the unlikely event that the participating broker does not remit to Avviva, Inc. the agreed-upon referral fee, we will be unable to award you frequent flier miles and you expressly waive your rights to such. You will not get any miles if the contract price is less than $70,000.

This offer is only available to you if you are not currently bound by an exclusive agency agreement. Furthermore, we cannot refer you to an agent who has already performed work for you such as preparing and presenting a market analysis or showing you properties.
